1. Digital Memberships & Content

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on paid Legacy Tailored Transformation™ memberships.

If you are not fully satisfied with your membership within the first 14 calendar days of purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing us at time@retime10-0.com.

Important Notes:

• Refunds will not be issued beyond the 14-day window.
• If you’ve placed a discounted CAPIORO order during your membership, you will be charged the full retail price of that order upon cancellation.

2. Custom Garments (CAPIORO)

Due to the personalized, made-to-measure nature of CAPIORO products:

• All sales are final once your order has been submitted and confirmed.
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or contains a confirmed production error.

Fit Adjustments:

If your garment requires minor adjustments upon delivery:

• Contact mtm@capioro.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Downloadable Products & Tools

All downloadable PDFs, toolkits, and templates included in free or paid memberships are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

4. Gift Cards or Promo Codes

Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. Reapplication & Reinstatement

If you cancel your membership and later wish to rejoin:

• You must reapply and are not guaranteed reinstatement.
• If accepted, you will rejoin under the current membership tiers and conditions in effect at that time.
