Terms & Conditions for NEDO BELLUCCI – THE LEGACY TAILORED TRANSFORMATION – RETIME 10.0 – CAPIORO Membership
Effective Date: June 25th 2025
Welcome to NedoBellucci.com (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and membership programs, including the Legacy Tailored Transformation™ Membership and CAPIORO Neapolitan tailoring services.
1. Eligibility
To use our site or become a member, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.
3. Membership Terms
3.1 Membership Tiers & Benefits
Membership includes access to exclusive digital content, productivity tools, private coaching sessions, and discounts on CAPIORO tailoring services. Full details are listed on our Membership page.
3.2 Order Commitment Policy
Members in paid tiers with tailoring benefits are required to meet a minimum annual order for suits or jackets at CAPIORO.com
- A 3-month grace period will be provided at year-end, and any order placed during this time will be retroactively applied to the previous year.
- The member must also commit to ordering for the current year.
3.3 Downgrade and Inactivity
If unable to fulfill the order minimum:
- Members may downgrade to a lower tier without losing their Legacier status.
- If no order is placed, membership is suspended for 6 months, and Capioro access is revoked during this time.
If no order is placed within the suspension period:
- Membership is canceled.
- Member forfeits all benefits and must reapply to regain access. Reentry is not guaranteed, and the new application is subject to current membership terms and availability.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you forfeit your “Legacier Level” and associated benefits.
- Rejoining is subject to reapplication and current T&C.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for paid memberships. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Note: If you cancel after placing a discounted CAPIORO order, the full retail price will be charged, and the difference will be invoiced.
5. Product Orders (CAPIORO Tailoring)
All tailoring orders are final due to the made-to-measure nature of the garments.
- Sizing issues must be addressed within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards and payment processors. For memberships, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, if applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site including text, videos, designs, logos, and downloadable protocols are the intellectual property of Nedo Bellucci. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your member login
- Redistribute or resell member materials
- Misuse the dashboard or community tools
9. Privacy Policy
Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for information on how we collect, use, and store your personal data. We do not sell or share your information without consent.
10. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific results from use of the Legacy Tailored Transformation™ system. The tailoring process is based on body scans and user-submitted data and may require minor adjustments.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid by you within the last 12 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
